Return and Refund Policy

At Mistrust, we currently do not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, we are working to improve our processes and hope to expand our return options in the future.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any issues, such as a defective or damaged product or an incorrect item, contact us immediately at mistrust.exe@gmail.com. Include photos of the item and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
